Delivery & Returns

 

Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Free UK Delivery (orders over £50) – Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery by Royal Mail.
  • UK Standard Delivery £3.95 – Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery by Royal Mail. 
  • UK Express Delivery (mainland only) £7.50 – Orders must reach our office by 12pm the preceding day. Orders received after this time may still be eligible for next day delivery although this is not always possible. Tracking information will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch. UPS require signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when the delivery is made a card will be left providing instructions to re-arrange your delivery. Excludes bank holidays. 
  • International Delivery £13.50 – Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery by Royal Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to you on  the day of dispatch. Royal Mail require signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when the delivery is made a card will be left providing instructions to re-arrange your delivery. All relevant import taxes and duties will be payable locally.

 

Our factory closes at 4pm Friday and remains closed until Monday therefore please bear this in mind when ordering.

 

 

Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to return an item, we do ask all products are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in the original condition. Please ensure all returned items are well packaged, so they do not become damaged in the post and include the returns form provided. Once we have received and inspected the returned product we shall then proceed with an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card or PayPal account.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in good condition or are damaged.
