Any customs or import duties incurred on entering a country are the responsibility of the customer.
Descriptions
We have taken great care to ensure that all product descriptions are correct. Whilst the colour reproductions of products on our website are close, slight variations may occur.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payment by PayPal.
Gift Vouchers
House of Cheviot vouchers may be exchanged for goods online only. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. Vouchers may be used for goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. If goods are purchased to a lower value, the difference will be refunded by voucher.
Sales & Special Offers
All special offers and sale items are subject to availability, on a first come first served basis. Sale or discontinued items purchased online can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of date of receipt of goods. We accept no liability from our inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.
